Within that space he enjoys strategy, innovation & leadership. Neil has held various strategic, marketing and business development positions across the aquaculture value chain from seafood production through aquatic veterinary health, feed and nutrition and is now the Aquaculture Product Line Dir. for Cargill Digital Insights. Neil has lived & worked in key aquaculture economies across Asia, Europe, Africa & the Americas.

Koen is one of the two founders of Venture IQ, an Amsterdam/Shanghai based technology scouting firm that assists its clients with identifying and selecting technology companies globally, across all industries. Currently Venture IQ is one of the fastest growing scouting firms in Europe, servicing a broad range of corporate clients. Its scouting platform consists of a team of analysts, datasets with global coverage and collaboration software that allows Venture IQ to work closely with its clients.
Before founding Venture IQ in 2015, Koen was an investor and had Partner roles with Anterra Capital and Rabo Ventures and started his career at Alpinvest.
